About the Work!

The relationship between the cassettes and Soundwave is gonna be explored in Transformers: Shift. The cassettes are sort of like siblings and Soundwave is sort of like their father, but, as Ravage explains to Bumblebee in the story, "It's more complicated than that."

Anyway, in the story, Laserbeak is the youngest and smallest of the cassettes (heck, even Buzzsaw, who is basically just like him, is bigger and stronger. That's just downright embarrassing.) and Ravage takes him in as his "little brother". Laserbeak admires Ravage and is always ready to chatter happily to him about what happened at base while Ravage was out doing his attack cat thing.
