Description

:icondonotuseplz::iconmyartplz:

I took the in-game map of the Termina Region, blew it up size-wise, and labeled all of the towns and other areas (except for the routes). Here's the lowdown.

1. Tropican Town: The game begins here. You deliver some research papers to the Professor (who has no name as of yet) and receive your starter Pokemon (either Leaflet, Otto, or Ottertie) as a reward for your work.

2. Palmside Town: A small town that contains a few homes, a PokeMart and a Pokemon Center, but nothing much else when you first visit, although you are pointed in the direction of the first gym.

3. Valley City: Your first Gym Battle. The Gym's theme is Bug Pokemon, and the leader has a Buttefree, a Beautifly, and a Ninma at his command. Prize is the Jungle Badge.

4. Mt. Ashfire: You can't explore this Mountain properly on your first visit-you'll need the moves Strength, Rock Smash, Rock Climb, and a new HM move called Lava Edge to reach the Legendary Pokemon, Scalburn, at the Mountain's heart. This mountain is the only route to the next city.

5. Fringeshire City: You earn your second badge here. The Gym theme is unknown at the moment.

6. Northshore City: You can only reach this city with Rock Climb and Rock Smash. You earn your sixth Badge here. Again, the theme and leader of this gym is undecided.

7. Offpath City: Not much here the first time around, as the Gym is closed, but on your second visit it will have more to experience. You earn your fifth Badge here.

8. Tropi Forest: A forest filled with Bug and Bird Pokemon. It's the only way to get to the next city.

9. Rainforest City: You earn your third Badge here.

10. Pokemon Jungle: Termina Region's Safari game. More Pokemon appear once you beat the game and obtain the National Dex.

11. Glacier Bay Power Plant: Similar to the Power Plant in the original games, it is chock full of Electric and Steel type Pokemon. It leads to the next city, but if you make it to the basement you'll encounter the Legendary Pokemon Scalshock. However, it will escape before you have a chance to capture it.

12. Chillshore Town: A regular small town, you can receive Pokedex Info on the version Legendary you can't catch, depending on the version you have (Culudron on Amethyst and Gemdron on Opal).

13. Icecap Island: Traveling through this route will bring you face to face with the Legendary Pokemon Scalflood. However, like Scalburn and Scalshock, it will flee before you can capture it.

14. Glacier City: You earn your fourth Badge here.

15. Meadow Isle Town: You can buy all sorts of berries, mulch, and flowers here.

16. Hydroelectric Plant: This power plant is having trouble with the main computer that controls the floodgates on the dam. Step in to discover the problem and nab yourself the rare Virus Type, Viri.

17. Ultramarine City: A bustling Port Town. Contains a Department store, a Contest Hall, the PSI Headquarters, and a Poffin House. You earn your Seventh Badge here. The Gym Leader, David, uses Water Types, and has an Archer, a Dewgong, a Quagsire, a Psyduck, and a Poliwhirl on his team.

18. Pokemon Town: A part of Ultramarine City that is populated only by Pokemon. You can catch Pokemon here only after you beat the game and earn the National Dex.

19. Mt. Frost: You'll see a Dragonite here, but you won't be able to catch it. This area is populated by Ice Types, particularly Sneasel and Weavile, but you main goal should be the Legendary Pokemon that the region's evil team, Team Rainrate, has frozen in a block of ice. You'll have Lava Edge by now, so use it to free the Pokemon, Gemdron if you're playing Amethyst and Culudron if you're playing Opal.

20. Snowdrop Village: Once you beat the game, the Battle Tower opens up here. Until then, it's nothing more that a house, a Pokemart, and a Pokemon Center.

21. Driftwood City: No Badges here, but this is the only place to buy Pokeball Seals. If you have the Cherry Medal, a boat will take you from here to Cherry Island, where you can catch the Legendary Pokemon Angrass. If you have the Fire Medal, the boat will take you to Dark Island, where you can capture the Legendary Pokemon Devino.

22. Mangroove Forest: This contains many tropical Pokemon, like Tashoot and Froleaf.

23. Southshore City: Your earn your eight badge here.

24. Team Rainrate Base: Beat the troublemakers once and for all. Punish them for freezing the Legendary Pokemon! You obtain the Masterball here.

25. Victory Road: The last test for Trainers. Leads to the Pokemon League.

26. Termina Pokemon League: Battle the Elite Four and the Champion here.

That's all for now. More info will be released once I draw the normal, non-sprited version of the region map. Cheers.

Did you intend to name this after a location in one of The Legend of Zelda games?
